1-56. When you sleep, your body rests. In life, as you dream of being just a body, your eternal Soul rests in the bed of God's Love.
When your body sleeps, your mind dreams. Fantastic, frightening and bizarre dreams you will encounter. In some dreams you may even awake and realize that you are dreaming, allowing you to take control of your mind while you are still asleep and alter the contents of your dreams as you see fit. When you awake, no matter how horrifically terrible or majestically wonderful your dreams were that night, you will know them to be but dreams. You do not fret their contents upon awakening, for they were merely dreams and you know with certainty that they did not have the power to harm you, no matter how challenging they were at the time you were experiencing them. When you awake from the dream of this life, which must occur when your body dies for you will be no longer able to retain the vastness of your consciousness within a body that has failed, you will awake from the dream of being just a body and you will know that you have always been so much more than just that. But why should you wait? Just as the process of awakening from a dream while still dreaming is possible, so too is it possible for you to awaken from the dream of being just a body while your awareness still remains centered within the viewpoint of your body. As you live through this incarnation, you dream as well but in a very different way. As long as your consciousness remains fully centered within your body, you will likely believe that you are just a body. This is not True. You are much more than just your body. Your body, a fantastically useful vehicle, had a beginning. It arose from matter, formed of biological instructions that were mated together from the cells of your biological parents, truly a product of this world as your body arose from the Earth and must return to it when it has ceased to function. All bodies must die. It is a natural process that has great utility and should not be regarded as anything other than a part of a cycle that allows for the arising of new bodies. This world would be shockingly overcrowded, beyond the condition it is already in now, if no bodies ever died. There would likely be no room left to stand. It would be an untenable situation. That you are more, so much more that to attempt to isolate this difference into any reduced comparison or metaphoric analogy would be pointless in the extreme, than just a body is absolutely True. Bodies are vehicles. Souls are Life. There is a fundamental and critical difference to recognize in this distinction. Bodies have utility, but they are not all that you are and they can never be. Souls have no need of utility, for they are Perfect just as they were Created. Souls cannot perish, for all that God Creates is Eternal. Bodies can and do perish, for they must as they are of this world. This world is a place of constant change, transformation and growth. Nothing can remain forever just as it is in this world, for always its component pieces will be needed for the creation of other forms of life. Souls have no need for this recycling, for they are already Perfect and are never in need of change. You are here not to become something that you are not already, but simply to remember how absolutely Perfect you have always been and will always be. For as long as you choose to deny that your Soul - and as an natural extension, all of God’s Creation - must be Perfect, you will not be ready to fully accept your eternal Safety within the Mind of God. Rest you do, for such a short while when regarded from the perspective of all that is Infinite that it is a nearly meaningless expanse of time, within the Safety of God’s Love. Dream you do, of a world in which this Safety is neither known nor accepted, a world of desolation, pain, fear and regret. Wish you do, for something more than this world, even if you are utterly unwilling to accept that you wish for this most fervently and desperately. You are Known to God. You are accepted, just as you are. Nothing is amiss in all of God’s Creation. Your journey, your Path back to God, is not a physical process that is necessarily played out within a single lifetime. Many cycles of physical birth and death may be required to finally arrive at the place from which you started, a return to your origin and Home within the Heart of God. How long you require to undertake this process, one that leads back upon itself in a perfect loop, during which nothing Truly changes and nothing needs to be done, is fully within your power to choose. How long you desire to wait, to dawdle in thoughts of isolation in a dungeon of flesh, unsafe and unhealthy, seeing only inevitable death as your final destination, is also under only your own control. Know that you are Safe. Accept it, even if you do not wish to believe it. You are not just a body. You are an eternal part of all that Lives, which is God. There is no death. Nothing that God Creates is anything less than Infinite and Perfect, for this is the Nature of God and it will never change. There is nothing you need do. You do not have to change. You do not have to become something or someone that you are not. You have only forgotten your Safety within all of the Love that God will forever hold for you until you are ready to accept that God’s Love is your own as well.
