1-22. All that God created can never perish. You did not fear your mortal birth. Do not fear your mortal death. You are forever Safe.
The curiously confounding conundrum of a paradoxical and unjustifiable belief that mortal death can somehow be applicable to that which God Created as Eternal is nearly without limit. It is but natural, at least within the confines of this material world, to assume that the failing of the physical body must be accompanied by a commensurate cessation of the Spirit which caused the spark of Life that temporarily inhabited the body. From the reversed perspective of this world, one that supposes that the body is the source of Life and the cause of the arising of mind within the confines of the body, it would be logical to assume that when the body fails to function, the mind must be extinguished as well. What great joy and peace would be known throughout the world if irrefutable proof could be offered that the body does not create the mind. However the scientific inquiries of a great many minds have not yet arrived at a point at which it would be possible to make such as assertion with any verifiable evidence. Until such a day arrives, to accept that mind is both primary and primal and that the body’s arising is but a natural and necessary consequence of the mind’s desire to be incarnate remains fully within the realm of faith. But accept this premise you should, for it is absolutely Real. That which God Creates is Eternal, unassailable and inextinguishable. God does not Create that which could ever be uncreated. This is not within the Will of God. Such a Creation would not be in any way a reflection of the Perfect Mind of God, a Mind which Knows Peace everlasting and which is eternally free of any concept of conflict, knowing that all that exists reflects the permanent nature of God, which is a Nature of comprised solely of Love. You might feel strongly about the idea that you did not fear your mortal birth. You might wish to argue that you could not possibly have feared it, as the “you” that you believe yourself to be was not yet in existence and as such, “you” could not possibly have been able to have conceived of the idea of fear. This is simply not true. But it is bizarre from the limited perspective of this world, a viewpoint so horrifically shrouded in fear that it can barely begin to contemplate any Reality in which fear would not just be unreal, it would simply not be necessary at all. Babies do not arrive in this world trembling in fear of what they experienced before their bodies were created in their mother’s wombs. They do not cry out in horror of what their minds experienced before they were incarnated into physical form. They are generally content, fully accepting of all they regard and willing to observe the world without judgment. Much of babies’ reactions to this world are formed from their early experiences, lessons learned through regarding the reactions of others and mimicking them as needed or desired. Little concept does a baby have of ego or of fear, not at least during the earliest parts of their existence in their bodies. They truly are blank slates, fully prepared to begin a process of absorption and learning from the moment they are born and indeed even while they rest comfortably within the protecting waters of their originating wombs. If the newborn does not possess any truly remarkable or measureable sense of itself other than the limited and biological idea of separation that must exist between itself and its mother, then why and how does such an idea of disassociation and separation from Life become so intrinsically ingrained in the minds of children as they grow and develop in this world? Such a process of acceptance becomes almost a rote behavioral pattern because it is so intractably presented in virtually every interaction the child will have with all the other people it will meet during its lifetime. Yet if this belief was not central and fully developed at birth, can it be said to be fully correct, absolutely accurate or guaranteed to be correct? Such a presupposition is unwarranted and unnecessary. Fear and hatred are learned behaviors. Love does not need to be taught. It is but a natural extension of being alive. Love is but a word, but the World it represents is without limit. It is the Real World, a Unity of mind with all that is eternal and forever Safe. It represents a Truth that extends far beyond any limit, so much greater that this world that to even attempt to compare the two is without meaning. What is any physical body, planet, galaxy or universe in comparison to Infinity? Infinity is All. It is your Home. It is the Mind from which your mind was Created and to which you will return. Your original mind was fully Unified with this Mind, totally Safe and forever content to bask in the Light of Love that was Created not just for you – it is you. Because all that God Creates can never perish, you should not fear your mortal death. It is but a transition, another step in a process, a journey back to formlessness, a meaningless transition, an awakening from the dream of being just a body to return to the original remembrance that you are One with God, a part of Life, a Soul Created by Love and one of many aspects of Truth. Love is your Home. Within Heaven is all that is forever Real, all that you might ever need or desire, and all that you have ever been or will ever be. Your body will fail. This is certain. Nothing in this material world was ever intended to do anything other than change. Change, expansion and growth are eternally necessary and absolutely desirable. You do not want to stay the same. You want to become more than you are, to stretch outwards to the limits of consciousness and far beyond. In Truth, limits are not Real. All that is now, has ever been or will ever be, is a part of You. You are a part of all that is Real. Your Safety is nothing more than this. You cannot be separated from God. God will not abandon, ignore or forget about you. This is not possible. There is nowhere to go, no place to arrive at or change that is necessary for you to remember that you have always been infinitely Loved by God. In this infinity of Love, this perfect acceptance of your Nature, this Knowledge of your infinite Perfection, just as you were Created, you are forever Safe.
